Hi Gary, I have never used mouse keys on the Mac either, so tend to use a USB Keyboard for mouse buttons. I use my TrackPad, as I have one, but have never worked out how to use a mouse on the Mac. I suggest your best option for now is to use your Desktop keyboard with it for mouse keys, or buy

You could try looking at http://etc.usf.edu/techease/4all/input-devices/what-are-mouse-keys/#accessvi d I have not tried this as I assume there would be a conflict with numpad commander which I am a fan of. The page does suggest pressing option 5 times as a short cut way of turning mouse keys
