The great percentage of kernel panics are due to hardware issues, not
software. We've sold many copies of Turbotax at the store and not the first
negative feedback.

When you say you have groups of contacts, I'm not sure what that means. In
Entourage (and in other contact managers) one can assign contacts to
categories. Family might be one such category, Business might be another,
Left-handed people with tattoos might be another. When you say groups, do
