I have seen that, but I don't want to create an address book by manually flagging or selecting contacts. That is laborious and I don?t know what group a contact is in. I have a dozen or so groups of 10-30 contacts, and would like print a group. But I can't see how. > Try this: Use Entourage's Find command (or filter by category) to find a > particular group of contacts. Yes, that will Find all the Athertons. But my group is called Family and contains many more last names than Atherton. > When that group is displayed on screen, select all (Cmd-A), then go to print > dialog (Cmd-P). In the pop-down box next to "Print:" choose "Selected > Contacts". But I can't print any Group that I have made. Like MacGroup. Allan Atherton | The next meeting of the Louisville Computer Society will | be February 25. The LCS Web page is <http://www.kymac.org>.
