Hi all,
I've recently heard some of you making reference to difficulties you have had
lately with Apple TV. We are also having problems, and are trying to figure
out if the problem is the network or the Apple TV. What kind of problems have
folks been having?
TIA,

Hi,
Has anyone had any problems with the RS games client under lion, particularly

Yes, it's very accessible on the mac. They said it would work with lion, but I
just can't get yahtzee or monopoly to work.
Thanks for your help,

P.S. Before you log in, make sure to put the rsgames client into your
applications folder, and while in the client, it works best when quick

I'm mainly looking for spades, couldn't find an accessible one for the iphone

Hi,
You can get the app from rsgames.co.nr, it's free. It has Monopoly, uno,
blackjack, yahtzee, 1000 miles, and battleship.

I too have noticed very severe audio problems with RS Games on my Mac ever
since I installed Lion. I couldn't even get in to a second role of my dice in
a game of Yatzee. Gonna have to report this to RS games for sure. I note,
with some interest, that I did not, however, lose VoiceOver.
I'd try backing up the folder that has the virtural machines in it. But I'm
really not sure. Honistly I don't have a need for virtural Windows since I have
enough real Windows boxes here but that's just me.

Here's my take on this.
Yall quit your complaining and learn to deal with the changes.
No, nothin's perfect but geez! Let's just go on and complain just because
something has to be accessed differently than before. Yeah that's the way to
solve problems except not.
So, while yall are at it, just
Hi,
I have that problem too, in yahtzee and monopoly only too. I can play the other
four games, but not those two. Must be a lion bug, I guess. I'm not having any
audio problems though.
Thanks,
Courtney

Did you import your settings? I'm not trying to be picky here, as I am
seeking some kind of pattern from those who are having problems in Lion.

I just downloaded the game client. If anyone would be so kind to write me
off list who has experience with these games, I'd appreciate it. No sense in
cluttering the list with my beginner questions.

Hi,
You don't need to enter your ID to clean install lion, or at least I didn't,
all I did was connect via ethernet cable since the wifi menu is currently
inaccessible, and it worked straight away.
Hope this helps!

I think this makes sense, and respect your viewpoint regarding clean OS
installs, but on the other hand, when I asked an
apple rep if following their stated installation instructions might be the
cause of my issues with Lion, they basicly told me
that I did everything right and that installing

Donna, overall, Apple TV works well here and I don't experience the problems
that others have reported. On two occasions, I had to unplug the device from
the wall as it froze, and on occasion, I don't hear VoiceOver after closing
down an event, but those are minor issues. With Netflix, I

Well, if you did the download and install, it asked for your Apple ID and
password before approving the purchase. then, if you went through and
completed the install, it wouldn't ask you again. However, if you ever want to
install from the bootable partition, then, it will ask again.

Hello Les, Donna, and all:
Just chiming in on the Apple TV thread.
There has not been any difficulties with Apple TV hear except when the power

This is a good thing, I get tired of people always suggesting one product,
regardless of what else is available, I would put the capabilities of voiceover
against any windows screen reader, it would at least tie them and in some
cases, come out ahead.
