Ok to open the Downloads folder press command-option-l from within the Finder. Now to open a Dmg image press command-o once the file is selected. It will mount to your desktop and so you should be able to work it out from there. If not just ask for more help. Christopher Hallsworth E-mail

The other side of the coine is money. Apple training from independent uncertified providers like myself isn't bad, and it's cheep, in the $25 to $35 range. Enough for some blinds to be able to afford to pay their own training fees, especially those who can afford to buck the government
