Hi Listerrs,
Ok so a craziesh question for those who like being crazy.
Has anyone on the list got or know of a VO user with an iPad pro that also uses
an apple pencil?
I've tried using the pencil previously and thought it was a joke being blind

Hi all,
I have re-built my iTunes database. I now have all my music back as it should
be. I have one problem with a podcast. The podcast is listed when I arrow
through my podcasts. It says that the podcast is not subscribed. I can’t
re-subscribe the podcast and I can’t delete it so I can

Hi,
When browsing through the Mail messages, the messages will appear with their

Hello,
I am using Apple mail on the latest High Sierra 10.13.4. My mail boxes have
become disorganised with some mail boxes wrongly subordinate to others. All are
local to my iMac.
I have tried to correct this using the VoiceOver drag and drop commands but
they do not work. I have also tried

Hi,
I'm not sure if I totally understand what you're trying to do. If you're just
wanting to share a specific file that you have in iCloud, I'd suggest that you
do this either from the file itself, or from the Finder while on your Mac. The
iCloud interface is not easy to navigate with VO.
I have not done this but see if this works on automated systems
where you need to enter a menu option. Mute your call, this should allow
you to respond to those prompts.

Hi,
The key that they are referring to is the actual letter "d" key. You hold down
the "d" key on startup and the Mac is put into Diagnostic mode. All well and
good, but Diagnostic mode is not accessible with VO, so, you're out of luck
with this option. If you are attempting to see if a fan
Hi,
My understanding is that the reactions are available in MacOS, just not
particularly easy to get at from a a VO prospective. I was able to locate a
"Tap Back" option, but not to actually get the Reaction emojis and choose from
them.

Hi,
Steve is spot on. This message is not necessarily saying that you are not

Hi,
Command+g will give you that information. It will also allow you to enter a new
time value to jump to.

Hi guys,
Can anybody tell me how, using Voiceover, I can find out where the play head
and insertion point are located (in time) in the current track?
For example, I’d like to stop the play head and be able to hit a keystroke (or
activate a menu option) and know that I am at 1’23’’456.
Tia,
Hi.
I am not sure that I understand the nature of your question, so the suggestion
I am about to make might not even apply.

Tried that. Looks like I need the company admin. Thanks, though.

Hi Maria,
It is an account that was created for me by our company administrator, so I
don't have a phone number associated with it, which you need to reset your
password in Google.. It's looking like my best bet may be to have him send me
a reset password link.

Hi Maria,
the only thing I can think about is that when I was setting up Thunderbird
email on Windows 10, I had to generate app specific password in my icloud
account in my account section of icloud. Remember to keep a copy of it. I’m
not sure if it’s going to answer your question.
