link of restoring your iPhone or Mac, they will give you steps in how to erase

Hi Simon. I went to th epple store app,and i could not find redeeem. I went to
the right bottom corner and I flick left and it did not say redeem! Maybe that
was the old update of the apple store? I look forward in hearing form you
