Hi ET,
I’ll give that a shot. I have pulled the power chord, but it didn’t change
anything.
Thanks for the suggestion.
Cheers,
Donna

Not I. Have you pulled the power from your ATV? Its a tight fit but
I have found it seemed a bit loose. As to media, I always watch my media
from wither Computers or TV or Movies, not Up Next. I've several TV
series and always comes up on the proper episode.

Hi all,
For the last 2/3 months, our Apple TV has been behaving very oddly. First, it
always starts up with no speech. I have to triple click the Home button
several times to get Voiceover to start. Second, with some regularity, from
within Up Next, we go to watch an episode in a TV series
Hi Donna,

Hi all,
I just wanted to write that the problems I was having with our Apple TV were
finally resolved. I'm guessing that Simon was right, that the IP or DNS
somehow got changed when our ISP made upgrades to our internet service. Once I
power cycled it, when it came back up, everything was

Hi
Ugh! That must have been frustrating! Sadly, I wish it were that simple for
me. :) Prior to this past couple of days, I've streamed a lot of content from
my Mac through my Apple TV, so know that the computer has to be open with
iTunes on. Glad you figured it out though. :)

Hi:
I had this same issue, kind of. I had to make sure both computer, and apple tv
were on the same network. I went to itunes, file, home sharing, to make sure
the correct apple id was bing used. I put the same ID info in computers under
the Apple TV. Here is the part I was screwing up. I
Hi Kayaker,
It's on a different floor from our wireless router, so hard-wiring, while not
impossible, wouldn't be easy. thanks for the power cycling suggestion, though.
I was thinking I would give that a go and see what happens.
Cheers,
Donna

Hi,
It sounds as if your Apple TV is off your network. Can you see it from either
an iOS device’s airplay option or from the airplay remote speakers option in
iTunes? I would suggest power cycling the Apple TV by just yanking the power
cord from the back and waiting a few seconds before

password. I've entered it three times, so am sure I
