Believe it or not, I use the most archaic method of pressing
Shift+Function+VO+arrow key to jump.
I know it sounds crazy but I've gotten used to it and I don't have to think
about it. I've tried to use the easier methods but cannot get them right on
the first try.
I am truly insane
Hi Mark,
I've tried the other method but, I haven't been able to get it to work once in
the mail app. It works great in the finder though. I stick to the finger
dislocating, multi key combo like you. lol. It's become 2nd nature to me now.

Hi Carolyn,
I finally got the option up/down arrow to work. lol. I just wasn't patient
enough. Hold down the option up/down key until you hear the bonk noise. Keep
them held down for another second and it will bring you to the top/bottom of
the messages list.

Ok Mark:
I'll buy that you're crazy for doing so. But, if you are, you're in good
company because I use the same method to jump. Guess that's the beauty of the
Mac. You have lots of options, and you take what works for you and go with
it.:)
BTW: It's now a year since that blessed phone
Hello all,
How can I block a sender please? In windows I can do it under message rules.
I am not sure where to find this feature in Apple. Thanks.
