I have not yet mastered all the common navigation commands. One I need is paging up and down long lists, using list view. I use either VO commands or OS X, it does not matter. Also, in Yosemite, full keyboard access was toggled with Ctrl f7. It does not seem to work though I think its

I'm not sure what you mean by "paging up and down"? To move by item, use the arrow keys; to jump to the top or bottom, use option-up/down; to find an item, start typing its name. All these require Quick Nav to be off. To my knowledge, full keyboard access hasn't moved. But I tend to leave that
