As always, the best answer is to be found in Terminal. The diskutil command has a number of subcommands related to partitioning. Type “diskutil help” to see them. You should also check the diskutil man page, with “man diskutil|cat”. In your situation I’d create new partitions from scratch

No, you do not * have access* to 700 mhz with a 6+. Only the 6S and 6S+ support the 700 mhz band. The previous versions of the iPhone do not support this band and support the 1800 to 2300 MHZ band for T-Mobile only so it won’t penetrate that building most likely. THat’s almost certainly the
