At least I didn’t lose speech this time when the headset was connected.

I don’t know why the default output isn’t changed automatically when the new
device is connected, but it was the same with mine: I had to alter the
settings. I’m sure it’s a deliberate policy choice on Apple’s part.

Hi all,
A while ago, someone from this list shared with me a link to Mac tutorials from
either Mac Cafe or TTJ. I downloaded all the files but they don’t appear to be
on my Mac anywhere. Can someone reshare this?
Thanks bunches,
Minh

Hi,
Another option beyond return, or VO-space, is just the space button.
Basically, it’s not really Apple that needs to fix that part of things, it is
the developer. If they develop their site using accessible API’s, then all
screen readers will be able to work well within their environment.
Well,
Issue resolved.
Turned the Mac on again and grabbed a different USBC adapter and changed the
output in sound settings.
The headset works now.
Thanks for all the responses.

Hi team,
That’s what I thought. Apple should do something with that. I visited the
Classter.com web page. there I had to choose something on the pop-up menus and
combo boxes, and neither VO space nor the return button worked.
Thank you very much for your help. Have a good one!

Hi,
It kind of depends on how the developer coded the web-site. You have multiple
ways that you can address these elements.

“Select 1 through 5 depending on your degree of satisfaction”, then I can tab

I’m not sure of any iPhone app that can work with this maybe screen recorder.
The only way I would know how to do this is to hook it up to like a Mac and use
audio hijack. iOS is pretty restrictive when it comes to recording app content.

Hi Mark,
I have an Apple Watch 7, although this was similar on my Series 3 if I recall
correctly. I’m currently using the Australian Voice 2. That is, I have it
checked to use my Siri voice in the VoiceOver settings under Accessibility.
If I remember right, it was no different when I was

I recently heard a program on local radio that fascinated me. I would like to

Yes, but no sound unless I disconnected the headset and adapter.
I suspect that I need to tell the mac to use the headset for output and the mic
for input but without Voiceover this is impossible.

couldn’t activate them.
Could you tell me how this can be done? Any help is appreciated.
Thank you.
