Click the add button
Type "Q"
Move right with VO right arrow and open the menu.

On Mac OS 10.14 and later as I remember, you can press
ctrl+option+command+shift+arrows
Left and right arrows change across list of choices,
Up and down arrows change the value for that option of current focus.
