Make sure you’re using the latest Office 365, monthly channel, for the best
that Microsoft Word for Mac currently offers to the VoiceOver user. Old
versions are definitely problematic.

I agree, Tim. It works well. I have been made to work with sophisticated
documents and it is surprisingly accessible.

In my opinion Outlook is the only app which works quite well using VoiceOver.

Hi,I think that you might be running on old information about Microsoft Word. It is very accessible on the Mac now. But, if you do want to move docs back-and-forth between word, and an app, Pages is very accessible, and can import and export to Microsoft Word easily.Later…Sent from my iPhoneOn Jun

have to send and receive MS Word docs, often with track changes and comments. I
primarily work in Scrivener and export to Word, but I can’t give up word
