Simon. Bookmark this. Yes their site is dreadful. So are captchas. I not only use the keychain, I also use 1Password so do not encounter captchas often except on sites that do not respond to my complaints like Walmart which employs photo captchas.

Hi mark, Yeah if can check the printers that are showing as installed on your machine, I know you'll think there is only one printer you have installed but if you have a PDF reader / writing app on your machine then you should be able to find a PDF writer as a printer option. -Original
