Robert-
I don't know how common it is, but we also use MI and AV in the same office.
We also use AutoCAD 2000, CorelDraw and Photo-Paint, as well as everything
from the Microshaft Office package. We have AV because of preferences from
our Head Office, but primarily (95% of the time) use MapInfo
their directory structure to help control
duplicate and outdated (archival I guess you'd call it) tables?
Many Thanks, will sum

Or you could print the map and have it scanned it back in at whatever
resolution you need.

More creepy crawlies?
I've found that when I set an E-size page to landscape on a HP1050C, the new
layout window comes up portrait, and you have to switch the Page Setup again
to get it to stick. I think it's trying to go to your Windows Default
printer.
Also, the little Preview button you click
on top of one another. I've always figured it was a weird 'feature'
and drew a short line snapped to each side, Combined it with the pline and

One other option is to Export your table as a MID/MIF file, then look at the
MIF part in a text editor to see the node coordinates for the
regions/polygons in your table.

Good day mappers-
We have disposed of (traded in I should say) our HP650C for a new HP755. I
don't seem to like it as much, but that's life.
Anyways, we have a bunch of ink cartridges left, if anyone is interested in
them for a discount.

Ideally, I would pick a large poly and hit the button which would set it as
the target, select all intersecting/contained regions and, use them to erase
holes in it.
TIA

Why was that gauge used? Because that's the way they built them
Just a totally unrelated fast fact-
When Buzz Aldrin was getting back into the lunar landing module and removing

they tried to use the switch and found the toggle missing, he used that same
