Dear Colleagues,
I am looking into ways to share images with colleagues within my
institution, as well as deliver images in various resolution / formats
with scholars, publishers, etc. elsewhere in the world. I realize that
ultimately we need to set up something via our website, or some type
I actually think that Flickr is a great way to share photos. You can
definitely lock down images that you do not want available to the public by
only allowing contacts and friends (whom you would have to invite) to view
the photos.
Also, once a photo is uploaded to Flickr, it saves it in
