POACHED EGGS

Early one morning while I was the wing Chief of Bombing and Navigation
Division, about 1980, I entered the SAC alert facility at Seymour Johnson
Air Force Base, NC, to brief B-52 air crewmen on some aspect of a pending
operation. I noticed a small group
Until I got to onto the griddle, I thought it looked just like my brother's
method of poaching eggs: Break them in a shallow bowl, and then GENTLY slide
them from the bowl into boiling water.
My mom's double boiler came with a rack and a set of egg poaching cups, it would
steam poach eggs
Proached? Scrammed? Prambled?Must be the Henry Ford Cooking School method.

I recently came across an enthusiast's article about the 1970 Mercedes
300SEL 6.3.
The numbers in the article sounded really familiar. They were very close
to the numbers of my 2006 E320 CDI. So I looked specs of both cars and
made this table:

Road Track (IIRC) did a comparison between a Porsche 356 and a new (at
the time) Karmen Ghia and found them to be almost identical. I don't
remember the year, but it was probably in the early '70's.

Very likely it's either out of fuel or you have a badly leaking line.
timing belt would make a lot of noise when it went as the valves hit
the pistons.
Have you checked the accuracy of the fuel gauge?

Before I could look at the Jetta tonight I had to deal with our fridge, its not
been defrosting right for awhile now and I noticed the fridge part was warm
this morning which makes my fresh farm milk turn into yogurt.
So I figured it was time for a new fridge but took the time to google it.
Re. timing belt/chain: When chain on my 91 350SDL broke, there was no
noise, no bang, no rattle, no gradual loss of power - just sudden quietness,
except for slipstream and tire/road noise as I was immediately coasting
powerless to a stop from 65 mph.

This is an R134 system right? My Jetta wants 30-45psi on the low side. I found
an R134 pressure chart online which more or less matches what I remember.
My first thought was that it is low mileage and could be in pristine
condition but then I read the part about rear damage and thus yeah
asking price is a tad optimistic.

The shutoff solenoid lives on the top of the IP and does what it
says it does. Mine reads direct to ground with the wire removed,

I really like the way the Cummins 14L BigCam
thermostat which will react to an ice cube, and the heating coil which
reads zero resistance. I'd say thats a bad heater.
I wouldn't. Zero ohm heaters blow fuses and circuit breakers,
or else start fires. No _continuity_ sounds like a bad heating
element. Heaters have low resistance,
