If you DIY, I recommend some system to track all the different size
fasteners you need to remove. I used screwed each one into a piece of
cardboard and then labeled each group. Normally I just toss everything into
one of those magnetic dishes but I was overwhelmed by so many different
screws

that the cheap methods such as dye didn't. It's paid for itself several

over. Someone on the list suggested that brand.
Since it has several sensitivity settings, one must learn how to use it by

It sometimes trashes expansion valves/orifice plates, but mostly works ok.
It's really a I just want it to work for a season quickly, and on the
cheap fix.
I say go with a dye test and see if it isn't the condenser leaking from a
rock ding or something simpler.
