Heat it with a propane torch but cut the brake hose first. Shouldn't be
an issue if you are replacing the hoses anyway. If you don't cut the
hose, you run the risk that it will blow off. You can guess how I know that.

IIRC, heat also helps loosen rusted threads, though I guess the Kroil will burn
off now if you hit it with a torch. Could make a mess of things. If it comes to
it, if it breaks off, drill it out and use an "EZ-out" (or whatever they call
those things) to get it out and replace it with a new

Don't forget to hit the bleeder screw with a hammer as if it were a
nail.
Helps jar things loose, but just thump it once, don't beat it into
something non bleeder shaped.
