I replaced the type A ATF in my manual 240D with Mobil 1 ATF a couple
of years ago (at aprrox. 170k miles) and it is a little smoother and
quieter. Granted, the PO had not changed the old ATF in a long time.

Unscrew the bezel at the base of the antenna with the mast down as far
as it will go, then switch radio on or set antenna switch to full up

have been some 116, a few slc, a bunch of 114/115. Not remembering

How hard is it to find a really nice 240D Larry? Are there still some
around that have very little if any rust? My old 911 is perfect but what
are the odds of finding such a diesel? Was the 240 made up to '85, or did
the 300TD replace it for North America? What should I expect to pay for a

ML320 for $14K in Lynnwood, WA, and a White '99 ML430 for $18K in Fife - not
that I would ever recommend a gas guzzler, but that shows for under 20K you
