Don't these engines have a bolt in the head to 'burp' the engine, my
M103 has one that needs to be undone whilst filling with coolant.

The other thing to remember is to make sure that you install the
thermostat with the air bleeder on the top. I've never had a
problem with air bubbles when installing the thermostat that way.
