Neil's efforts are really just a way to play uncompressed audio as I understand
it. The story I heard was that he was all bent out of shape over how poorly
common compressed formats like MP3 sound.

Yes but true. Use an alcohol based de-icer that displaces water, then use lock
ease.
Obviously the door flap should be dealt with or not. I never bothered, just
carry some lock de-icer with me or don't lock door overnight. You shouldn't
have theft issues where you are?!
