winter when I didn't fill it with seasonal fuel in time.

You could try a hydraulic supplier (farm supply?). I note a catalogue that I
received from a local store of that sort has what they call a return line
heat exchanger. It says it allows hydraulic fluid to be heated or cooled.
Can be used for other applications where oil heating or cooling is
