Add her as an authorized user on a credit card you have and let her use that.
Or give her a debit card from your checking account.
I thought AAA did reduced cost money changing, but you would still have to ship
the stuff

Speaking of them, I have one of the electronic ones (that still has the

before my stewardship.
Is there any chance of replacing the cover?

What Rick said +
The only non-rapacious conversion rates are the CC companies (or
using a debit card) When #1 Daughter spent a year in the Fatherland,
we sent her equipped with a CC and a DC. There were no problems.
If your daughter is already there, and there is no time to send a
card
The window tinting on the front two doors of our '94 E420 is peeling off
and the tinting on the rear window has always been bubbled and creased.
How should I go about getting this repaired? Should I try to do it myself
or go to a window tint installer? If the latter, how do I find a good one?
She has a debit card on an acct linked to ours, did not get her a CC,
should probably do that and send it along. The banks seem to charge
some sort of intl fees, and the local ATM some withdrawal fee, but the
exch rates seem pretty good. She was supposed to do all this, and got
frustrated
She can probably do just fine with the DC only, however the ATM fees
are always there. (fees amy be lower at wallyland. Again, if she is
in/near a big city and there is a wallyland, there are some options
there.
One thing I forgot to mention, is that we had the bank put

Front windows, peel off what you can and then play with solvents (acetone?)
until you find one that takes off the residue.
Back window, you'll have to be careful of the defrost grid or consult a pro.

I lived in Canada 5 years and was paid in US funds. We banked in Canada
with a bank that had US branches, so we could deposit the US funds and have
it converted to $ CAD with minimal fees. There must be a Spanish bank with
branches in the US or vice-versa that would work. Also, we often use
Paypal?

I'm not really sure why anybody uses the big banks, the rates aren't great,
fees are high and service is terrible...

Since you are retired military, you can (if you haven't already) become a member
of PenFed credit union. They are one of the best cu's out there.

PayPal does international transfer as well, and you can setup a
secondary account inside the main one in most any currency.
You only pay a conversion fee when you transfer it between the
sub-accounts, and it's minimal last I checked (usd to cad, and one
euro transaction.
You can also get a debit
