A step I forgot to mention is to wash the LP. Use dish soap, warm
wat
or unlock the car from the passenger door or the rear hatch.
The lock is NOT stuck and works perfectly above 32 degrees. I will check
on the keyhole flap issue and see if the PS door handle works below
freezing. If so, the easiest solution is to swap door handles.

I have even had identical hard drives in different machines die
within days of each other. These were seagate ide. It appears they
had a "cyanide pill" programmed into the software to kill the drive
after 10 years. I don't believe that each drive just happened to die
of natural causes
Part of the problem is that it's never going to dry out if you keep pouring
water into it.
I doubt very much your window scraper is bad or letting water get to the lock.
You need to remove the door handle (easy 30 second job), take it inside and get
it good and warm, then clean the lock cylinde
Neil's efforts are really just a way to play uncompressed audio as I understand
it. The story I heard was that he was all bent out of shape over how poorly
common compressed formats like MP3 sound.
I can't see this going anywhere myself.
