intact. What are they asking?  Up to $10k would not be unreasonable if

No good surface for a suction cup - all either too small or curved. Too
many locations to glue steel on to be feasible, and you want to remove
weight from an aircraft, not add it. I used a headband light, jsut sit it
on the floor pointing up, or get my wife to hold the light.

IIRC, the W115 300D was made in 1975 and 1976. I had two 1976 models back
in the day ---
No idea what they are worth now, it depends on the amount of rust and
whether the heater fan works.

Yea ever now and then I have a good experience but for the most part, people 
trying to sell something are total and complete morons. 

Had one finally respond. Their ad simply said needs repairs. My question was 
simply what repairs are needed. Rather than responding with an answer to the 
question, they said I have 12 people in front of me. Uh no, I’m not in line yet 
until I know what is wrong with the car.

 I actually had a really good Marketplace experience yesterday. A guy had 
listed some tractor wheel weights while I was away last week so I didn't 
contact him since I was gone. I contacted him yesterday around lunch, he 
responded immediately that I could go at 6pm, I showed up and handed him cash, 
he gave me wheel weights, a bucket full of tire chains and a weight bracket 
from a different tractor. About as good a transaction as you could ask for.

They are rare but you do come across them. I saw one in the LL Bean parking lot 
2 weeks ago in Freeport, ME. It was white with manual tranny like this one and 
it was completely rust free. I left a note on the windshield asking if it was 
for sale. Didn’t hear back.
There was one for sale about 9 years ago in Appleton, ME. I passed on it due to 
rust.

That is correct. I had planned on putting new tires on it anyway. I hauled that 
140 diesel home with it last week from Abilene but on the way back started 
noticing the vibration you get with a tire with a slipped belt.

w220 infotainment system went buggy before I got the car.  The electronic 
cluster had the warrantee extended but needed replaced at least once before I 
had to park the car for three months while it was rebuilt for half the price of 
new (still $2k out of pocket).  The Yota highlander infotainment thing goes 
into kernel panic at least once per drive, and that is only going down the road 
all of 6 miles.  The Becker Europa II in Gump was most reliable as it had 
nothing to actually break

I was thinking 6. She sent me a video, it’s only running on 4 cylinders. From 
the looks of whatever that gauge and switch is where the ash tray should be, 
I’m guessing it was running veggie oil at some point. Might just be a plugged 
injector or IP.

220d) Manual trans. This model wasn’t offered in the US. Glass 
headlights, double front bumper, passenger side mirror mounted on the 
front fender are a few of the rare differences you won’t find on any US 
spec. Super clean interior. New carpet, new headliner, new shift knob 
and boot, zero cracks in the steering wheel. Immaculate MB TEX. Car is 
lowered on stock coil springs and sitting on BBS RS REPLICA wheels. 99% 
rust free. Could use a paint job. Slowest car on the road but runs and 
drives great. Clean and clear title in hand. Not in a hurry to sell just
