OMG I love that color. If 1) the paint is OEM, 2) it runs/drives, and 3) the drive train doesn't need major work, this could be a relatively inexpensive and uncomplicated restoration: replace torn interior seat(s) and broken zebrano trim (commonly available/not expensive) and Bob's your uncle.
