POSitive has one lock that matched the second key, in the passenger door. The lock in the drivers door does not match anything. You may remember the whole ign lock/steering lock was hacked out of another car and poorly spliced in. That was fixed in Nov, but the lock is still the odd one.

Yeah, I have no ready source of BioD here in o'ol country. OK Don sez: If bio-diesel is not readily available, scrape out a bit, and test various solvents against it. Acetone, charcoal lighter fluid, gasoline, MEK, etc. See what works with a smaller sample before tackling the whole tank.

So the FL kid had filled the tank with used fry oil, probably without filtering. The car ran, i put about 5 gal of Diesel in twice and was thinking maybe the worst was over but figured I'd need to change filters a couple times. The filler cap and neck were awful, filled with rust and krud.

Kid read ended somebody today. See photos. It took out the hood and pushed radiator etc into the fan. I could probably pull it back out and replace the hood. Wondering if it's worth it. Car needs a complete front end rebuild probably, rear end probably needs work too. Shocks are shot.

Has anyone tried the imitation Klann spring compressors? For $1000, I won't be buying a Klann, but they sure work nice. For $90, it makes sense to have one for 124s.

I don't get why anyone would pay more than a few hundred bucks for a microwave. These built in models don't seem to work any better than a countertop plug in, and are ten times the price. I am just putting a countertop model into a cabinet and calling it good. Sharp commercial with a single dial
