[MBZ] W210/E320 Steering Angle Sensor

Got BAS/ESP/ABS lights on the 99 E320 4Matic. STAR says no signal from the steering angle sensor. Put a new one on the car and the same issue - no signal from the steering angle sensor. If I do an ‘actual values” on it I see nothing when the wheel is turned. Any suggestions on where else to loo
