Thanks Dan. The,anodized aluminum on the window trim on my 300CD is not
pretty. Sticks out so much on the coupe.

No, it's not, as long as you fabricate the tool. I made mine out of a piece of
scrap oak and it worked just fine. A bit frightening when brandishing a big

Bergsma is an idiot in a lot of instances, in my opinion.
The absolute best thing I found back in my W123/126 days was to use a cloth
wheel and rouge to polish the crap out of it, removing most of the haze, and
then use a wipe on clear coat whose name escapes me, although I'm sure I could
find
Anodized aluminum is a bitch to beautify. Kent Bergsma has a series of videos
on the matter.
