Wow. That's almost 9 years at 40 hr/week, 52 weeks a year. I
know that no flying job is _that_ steady, especially in small

Indianapolis one time. The stairs came up in he middle of the build
I had a neighbor who could not climb a 2ft ladder. Was deathly afraid. But he
was a B-17 pilot in WW2 and thoroughly loved flying even when the krauts were
firing flak at him. Go figure.

My neighbors helped with the ladder, wife (instructor pilot) really was tempted
to climb up and look around.
The first time up was a little unnerving, so I just focused on the task.
