Thanks - looks really nice. I assume it's the tall tub style?

I recently got one for our rental and it’s just like a regular home owner one.
That is our only one might be a different story with 80.

I’m guessing that the service contracts are structured and priced quite
differently for rental properties.
A neighbor of mine has 80 (yes, 80) rental properties ranging from individual
homes to some small multiunit apartment buildings that he inherited from his
father. His brother runs the day

In the long run, on average, those are a waste of money. You think the
companies offering them aren't making a profit?

Yours with the third rack for silverware des a great job on every rack. My
wife loves it - gets everything she throws at it clean. Never had a
dishwasher that worked this good before, and we went through a lot of then
in the previous house (over 32 years).
We've recommended the third rack option
Ours has the top controls. Seems like that is what most or all of them had at
the time but I think I would have preferred front controls.

The big differences we found within certain price ranges of the Bosch models
was between those with top controls or front controls. We had top controls on
our first one, which was OK, but you couldn’t tell what was going on short of
just seeing the little red LED at the kick panel. Our new one
I like that one.

That is correct no basket in the lower rack. I do notice it sometimes
does not get them clean if not loaded correctly in the slots. It is
more time consuming to load silverware.

Mine does have the 3rd tray in the top for silver ware. I like it
because it allows more room in the bottom for other things. It washes
great too except for sometimes it a moron loads it incorrectly some
things do not get clean. Or maybe it is because it has the top tray.
In any case no
It appears to be working fine now. We had a power flicker last night
that maybe jacked with the controls. After doing the force start then
setting the temp it seems to be fine now.

Everyone we spoke to that owned a Bosch with the top silverware rack said they
didn't get the silverware consistently clean. And to the best of my knowledge
the ones with the top silverware racks don’t have a basket on the lower rack.

What's wrong with a third rack if they also have the usual bottom rack for
additional flatware?

We bought a Samsung side-by-side maybe 8 or 10 years ago. Control board died
almost immediately, was replaced under warranty. Water dispenser died a couple
years later. Would not dispense water if the filter was installed, but would
dispense with no filter.
Ice maker died
2 hours for soak/wash/rinse/dry wouldn't bother me unless I wanted to use
the pots and pans less than 2 hours after I cleared the table and ran the
dishwasher.
In my life 8 hours would be fine. Put the supper dishes in it, run it, and
they'll be done long before breakfast.

We’ve bought Bosch twice in the last five years or so. One of the things we
learned from people here and elsewhere that we spoke to about them was to avoid
the models that had the top mounted silverware trays. Both models we purchased,

On the subject of dishwashers, our beloved 2006 KithcenAid is acting like
it will give up the ghost any day soon. Makes an embarrassingly loud noise
during its cycle, although the dishes still emerge sparklingly clean.
Price on a comparable replacement KitchenAid has risen to $850 and up, so I
I've never had great luck with ice makers. Mostly they clog up and stop
working. The ice maker in my GE started leaking, ruined the floor and
stained the ceiling below before I noticed it. That was about a year
after the in-door water dispenser quit. Design flaw, they routed the
water line too
In my case the bottom one works fine, the top one has the issue. I found
a video and in this case there is a cover in the back of the
refrigerator and the coils were frozen up. There was also a bit in
there about forcing the compressor on, which I did and it seemed to
run. I have done a

Avoid Samsung refrigerators. They are piles of crap. We bought a new
expensive french door model back in around 2017. The reason we went
with this model was because it had an ice maker in the door and one in
the bottom freezer. At first everything was fine but within a short
time the top
