22, almost all highway, no AC. My temp is running too cold though, need

You should be getting more like 25. A sticking thermostat will drop the
economy by 10-20%.

Cold engines aren't efficient, take care of that first!

My SDL was exactly like yours when I bought it. I followed Dave's
instructions - now the car is a real pleasure to drive. Fast off the
line, no lag - just a good smooth increase in power. It had no effect
on the fuel usage.

The transmission has straight cut gears and they are VERY noisy! I mean
you have to shout to be heard, noisy. The are also a short wheelbase and
