OM 602. He's pretty deaf now but still gets up when the 240D turns the

brittle from age, and will probably break into multiple pieces when you try to

yesterday. This one is a dual machine and will do both 134 and r12. It
came with about 20 lbs of r12. I am now going to sell my 2 snap on
machines.
So yesterday I am trying it out on my Suburban. The Suburban is not
I'd think the orifice tube or expansion valve can stick open, closed, or
anywhere in between. It might pull vacuum depending on how it was stuck.

when I rebuilt it last year, I replaced the compressor with a new (not
rebuilt) r4, replaced rear expansion valve, replaced orifice tube in the
front (I dont recall it being pluggd up). I also flushed everything
while it was torn apart. I removed the radiator as well to clean out
the crap

Yeah, overcharging will do the same thing. I use a little over 2 lbs R134a in
the Benz, so 4.25 for a dual system should be about right. Might try 3 and see
what happens, you can always add more if you need it.

is in there so you recover the refrigerant, program how much its
supposed to have and it does the rest. I suppose its possible the
machine put in more than it said. If it came down to it I could start

My retired guide dog, Joel, used to put his nose on that part of the door
handle too. I had him all confused when I got my second 300D fixer that
didn't have a right side door handle/arm rest until I fixed it. Then, he
was a happy pup!

manifold, in a worst case scenario a hose can come off allowing too much
air into the manifold and the car won't start at all, had this in my

Over the past 5-7 years, R12 has come down in price quite a bit. This is
because more and more R12 cars are off the road and/or have been converted to
R-134a, which has lessened the demand for R12. It is certainly still
available. Perhaps you could have an indy shop get you a supply. You have
guy owns a body shop and his supplier had a special on new machines, he
did not need the dual machine anymore. If the scale is off, it is
easily calibrated.
I still think its something with the truck though. I messed with that
thing all day, I first charged in 4 lbs, it did pretty much the
attachment was scrubbed...
