That is a 450SLC 5.0... or at least, its a 107.026. Around 1980 they changed the name from a 450SLC 5.0 to 500SLC. It doesn't make sense that this car is a 1979, since it has the battery under the hood that started later. The VIN will tell everything. They're very rare, and very undervalued.
