Yes, the DIY kind. Save some money for house repairs, do them as needed. If you could save money with the insurance, they would be out of business. On Fri, Nov 24, 2017 at 5:32 PM, Kaleb C. Striplin via Mercedes < mercedes@okiebenz.com> wrote: > Anybody know or any other home warranty companies

Due to the age of my house (coming up in 20 years) a lot of major systems are getting to the point of requiring replacement. Just did the AC in March of this year, probably going to need to do the roof in another 2-3 years. We replaced all the major appliances when we moved in roughly six years

High Tech Home Warranty in NC. They are a little gun shy due to all my claims, but generally, they are honest (but not to the point of being stupid) and responsive. Their chief claims dude Keith is great. On Fri, Nov 24, 2017 at 2:53 PM, Kaleb C. Striplin via Mercedes < mercedes@okiebenz.com>

So tell me more about this.  What company do you have?  Have you had any problems?  My wife says we should get one for both houses but I have read nothing but bad reviews on everything I can find online. On 11/24/2017 1:40 PM, Andrew Strasfogel via Mercedes wrote: Might be a little late, but

Might be a little late, but do you have a Homeowners Warranty? Our policy has been a godsend as we have replaced a water heater and repaired dishwasher, washer, and dryer since moving in. Warranty charges a $50 co pay per incident. Well worth the $45 monthly premium. On Thu, Nov 23, 2017 at

True. It could have totally crapped out and that would be ugly. Not so for me, as I can do a Navy shower if necessary. I’m just trying to decide whether or not to go with the heat pump water heater ($1200) or a conventional electric heater ($600-$700). The hybrid heater will pay for itself
