I hear that when Pirellis go flat they go WOPWOPWOP I thought the tires on the girl's car were not that old, they had a lot of good tread. There was a receipt in the package with the car, I thought they might have been fairly new but she says the only receipt was from 2006 and the tires looked like they were dry rotting, so maybe they were old and things were letting go. Costco had told her they could get her in 2 days later so she went to some local tar shop and got some Goodyears or something. on the Burgundy SDL, I had all 4PIRELLI tires slip belts badly on one 70 mile trip to an MBCA meeting. The thing shook like a dog trying to kill a rat. at 25 MPH or less, it wobbled at a shriner's clown car. over 25 it shook terribly. It was a LONG SLOW trip home... Thumbs down on Pirelli. Mine uses a Clicker type wrench but other shops have shown they have no clue how to use the wrench. I watched one tire changer tighten the nuts until the wrench clicked then he gave it another 1/2 turn! I had to take it back and get them to loosen the nuts so I had a chance to remove them if ever needed. Good luck!
