I'd suggest that you dont. For a few reasons.
First, if we were in the situation we were in before Attachmate dumped
the project and team, I'd expect a beta of MT within 48 hours. But the
chances of that are zero now, IMO. I'd expect Xamarin to do it once XT

Thanks mate for your detailed reply. Cleared up a few issues.
I'll be taking your advice and not upgrading. Its good to know I will still
be able to deploy a version of my app built against 4.3 to the app store
even when 5 goes GM (Did i understand that correctly?!)
Lastly, as virtually all
My gut feeling is that the team, being free of the corporate -ttchm-t-
fumes, will fan their own forges. They will struggle, but soon the c#/iOS
world will change it's foundation the Xamarin sun will shine forever.

That's my gut feeling too. The fact that within 2 weeks of being let go this
guy started up his own business to continue his work shows he is a man on a

yeah, thats pretty much the case, tho MT4 _may_ work against iOS 5 SDK
(I doubt it, and I'm not up for trying it with the beta!)
But from what Miguel and co have said, thats very much within their
roadmap/plan, so
maybe we'll hear more when he comes back from WWDC and MonoSpace?

As someone mentioned on one of the irc channels, Xcode 3 does not
appear to be part of Apple's plans going forward with iOS 5.
Relying on Apple not changing the tools so that Xcode 3.2.6 IB can
still be used to work with xibs for MT builds is a fragile
proposition. I hope that the SUSE folks
With the current iOS version yes. I have a large project running on iOS and
Windows Mobile sharing the same core, and it runs too on Android and must
finish all details and client requests until july/august.

Thanks Natalia.
Couple of questions
1. After installing the beta, is SDK 4.3 option to build against available in
MonoDevelop?
2. If I am not using XIBs, then XCode 4.2 should not be an issue. Correct?
Thx,
Ash

I'm not sure you can read cookies from UIWebView, but you can do you your
own post (or get first, depending on the security) with WebClient and then
capture the cookies. All you need to do attach your own CookieContainer:
