[MOPO] LITTLE FAUSS + BIG HALSY Question-- WHEN ARE RE-ISSUES SCARCER THAN ORIGINALS ?

2010-09-13 Thread Rixposterz
Hi, all, This is kind of a strange question because I know material on this title isn't very sought after and doesn't command much attention at all. Just wanted to check if anyone has seen a 1973 reissue US Little Fauss + Big Halsy one sheet---full-color (unlike the 1970 original)

North By Northwest 1966 paper seemed to be much rarer (and more desirable) than the original 1959 material for several years, although I think that this trend has now softened or even reversed. n --- On Mon, 13/9/10, rixpost...@aol.com rixpost...@aol.com wrote: From: rixpost...@aol.com

That is often the case, especially with older films. There are more original CASABLANCA one sheets around, for example, than one sheets for the 1949 Warners reissue. Films like THE WIZARD OF OZ, where the film was rereleased again and again are different. But look at THIS GUN FOR HIRE.

[MOPO] LITTLE FAUSS + BIG HALSY UPDATE

2010-09-13 Thread Rixposterz
Hi, Everyone, I just went to my office and pulled the poster---it's actually a 1974 reissue, not a 1974. That makes perfect sense. The studio wanted to cash in on the success of The Sting. In the bottom left border below R74/313, is printed ROBERT REDFORD AS BIG HALSY---All this makes
