Two or more landmarks cannot be in the same point (cannot be read with tpsRelw). Maybe, this is the problem... In contrast, they can be computed in MorphoJ. The possibility to read landmarks/semilandmarks put in the same point in tps software would be useful :) 2017-11-10 11:25 GMT+01:00 Candice
