Smokers' rights do not exist. There are no inherent "rights" for smokers
anywhere. Why smokers believe they possess the inalienable right to smoke,
therefore poison others in the process, is beyond me.
If any such right existed, it would dissolve in the offsetting requirement
of society to protect
I would suspect that one problem with increasing ridership on mass transit
is the apparent unreliability of bus schedules. I've had great experiences
with some routes, but have also had occasional bad experience with an early,
late, or missing bus. It seems like there may soon be a technological
The more I see smokers' rights denounced either implicitly or explicitly in
this forum, the more I wonder why such rights are so easily dismissed. Like
most guilt-ridden smokers, i've been undone by the attacks and too
discouraged to attack back. For one thing, I'm not much of an attacker, but

charter school for less pay and with no job security. The Clevel
Mayor Kelly says the Consulate will be in St. Paul. Governor Pawlenty says
no location decision has been made. Looks like Minneapolis has a good chance of
landing it. I walked past the Seattle Consulate while on vacation out there
