be a general lack of respect for traffic regulations in
Minneapolis. The reason such behavior exists is simple:
lack of enforcement.

I've been trying to get the Star Tribune to do an article on
public school successes for years, I wonder why they've

then failing to take action accomplishes nothing, other
than the perpetuation of an unjust system. I believe that I've
already provided enough evidence to show that there a
nd reoccur annually; they are an enormous expenditure. Just
consider what it would cost to add a year or two of preschool nationally.
