I'm assuming you are using different queue managers and have a couple of suggestions:
If you are able to alter the remote queue definition you are sending messages to so it delivers the messages to a different input queue on your partners machine you can then implement a message flow on
Yes I think this will work too. But we wouldn't want to do this for message formats that could be quite complex and up to 100Mb in size. We'd expect MQSI to be able to handle this for us. The problem only appears if you use the DestinationList to store the XML (with attributes) and doesn't occur

We're sending XML messages through a flow and having problems with the XML format. When we send a message through a flow that will:
Move a portion
,process elements then write output as an attribute.
