Thank you!
Copy and pasting helps.
I have tried to use bookmarks on iPhone also, but could not manage to set
one.
I went to "All Tasks" (in the outline), checkmarked an entry on the left,
used the second button on the bottom and hit "bookmark".
It neither appears in the list of possible parent
I think there's been a misunderstanding based on the iPhone menus. An item
only needs to be a child of the 'Inbox' folder to be considered in the
inbox. To move the icon, from it's menu, you can select a different
bookmarked task or existing project. But, you can also from any list hit

Hello,
Had the same date issue for reminders and due dates (V3 and V4) and the
manipulation worked. Thanks for the tip, it removed this minor irritation
(as it happened only on my netbook).

the 'file:' prefix) in . I wonder if that would work for your
MindManager links?

I'm, like you, very interested by this discussion.
Here are what I've been trying/doing
- Onenote : the big vantage point is that it provides you with 2 hyperlinks
: one for the desktop app (just prefix it wirh "file:"), and an url for the
web app (and therefore, the link works even on android).
Chris, thanks for the explanation.
FYI, drag & drop from Outlook to MLO does four things :
1. Create a new task at the selected location in the outline
2. Copy the email subject to the task caption
3. Copy the email body to the task note
4. Insert a clickable link in the task note that will br
Dear all,
as far as I understand the iPhone app, the only way for a task out from the
"inbox" parent is assigning it to an existing project which is not in the
inbox.
(Classifying the task as project does not get it out of the inbox, it is a
project in the inbox then).
So in MLO Desktop I crea

Indeed, I gave up with Outlook, and now use EssentialPIM, which have a
very powerful linking feature.
But it also has a big issue with recurring events exceptions that makes
me considering

Hi, Sergius.
On MLO for Android there are some task-count "badges" and one can speculate
that they will be ported to MLO/Windows but there hasn't been any
announcement.
You can tell empty folders from folders that have contents by looking for
the little triangle before the folder name in the "
Please change Windows regional settings to US, and then back again to UK -
restart PC.
Please check MLO data format - it should be correct now.

Hi!
I found one bug.)
If copy from one text notes of the tasks to another task text note, text
didn't pasted (just 1 empty field is pasted). If copy to for example to
windows notes (or any other external program) the text is pasted normaly.
Thank you for new version 4, usability on a new level!

I'm a newbie trying to use the template, "GTD-zoom for focused action." In
outline view is there a way to show task item count for each project and
sub folder? If not, how do I know which folders have open tasks? Thanks.

Hello MLOers,
I currently keep various reference documents on my laptop and make reference
notes in my project outlines in MLO. I'm thinking about going online with my
notes and reference materials. I was wondering how others do it? Something I do
to finish a task, and which I record in the tas
