I'd like to see a Windows Phone 8 version too, as the lack of MLO is one of the
main reasons I'm not getting a Nokia 925 as an upgrade. I've been testing a
Nokia 520 and like the interface, although hoping they improve the notification
side with the next update. At present it's on a par with
Hello John,
I'm also new to MLO, but I'm going to tell you how I use it:
For every project that I create, I assign a context to the tasks in it.
Then I add a new tab, and I create a new view associated to this tab. And
this new view displays all the tasks of the given context.

I have just started to use boomerang for Gmail.

in your inbox at a time / delay of your choosing. You can add notes and
also delay the sending of the email. The delayed emails are found in a

Hello Steve,
I did as you said, but when I added a new task in the workspace, it

So I right clicked and chose add a new project, and named it Project A

Thank you.

Hello,
I'm a beginner with MLO and there's something I'm stuck with.
I have a project containing tasks. Every time a taks is completed, I ckeck

Thanks !

very nicely.
Just one comment, if the tasks you want in a particular view are all in a
single project or folder and you zoom in to that project or folder, I don't
think you need the filter on ProjectName. The
Hi, Veran.
Adding new tasks in a filtered view is tricky. Two suggestions:
- Go to the All Tasks or outline view. Add your new task(s) there. Make
sure they end up under the correct project. Then go back to the project view
and you should see them.
Or
-Take Steve's suggestion to zoom in, but
Hello Veran,
There are two ways I can think of:
1. Split your longer task down into smaller sub-tasks. What do you
actually want to achieve by the end of that day? For a document, for
example, it could be the first draft, checking your references, up to the
end of the first
