Yes, "Learn Java" is a project, otherwise it wouldn't be included into the
group of "In Progress (2)" projects. To make sure, open its properties on
the right. Also, each project is marked blue.
Now about why it's duplicated. In the "Projects" view all tasks marked as
projects are listed
I use a single MLO file. Inside of that I have a folder named "Templates",
which i mark as "Hide the branch in Todo". This way the templates never
show up in my actual todo lists but I can keep everything in one file. I
have a similar folder for checklist templates.
