Thanks for the tip, devon. That works well for me.

Hello aiM,
Your Workspaces are tabs which contain Views. You can lock a particular
View to a Workspace, or allow the View to be selected within a Workspace. I
have a separate Workspace tab for all my commonly-used Views, but I also
have one of those Workspace tabs set up so that I can select ot
Tags are a really good idea, but I would need to be able to easily
search/filter on just the tag field as a first step to making them actually
useful. I probably can do it via the ' advanced' tab in Filter but what
is way too many steps to be able efficiently interact with my data.

Hi Grant,
I assume you mean Text Tag?
I think the best way is to create a VIEW to group by TextTag.
This is similar to how we use group by Contexts. :-)
Anyway, I have not use this feature yet. Although i believe it is a
powerful feature that I want to dive in but not yet. simply beca
If you use a condition like "Caption contains" and type in a string as
value the rule does not work most of the time.
Only if the Caption starts with the string then there is a space and then
comes more text.
The rule does not really search for the string in the caption!

Hi,
this is how it works in my productivity system.
First, I think MLO is meant to have unlimited subtask hierarchy and the
flexibility it provides. I can see right away that I don't like Asana's
approach, where you have a subtasks *inside* a task, without further split
possible.
How it works in
Hi
Is it possible to have a task that has to be repeated n times without copy
the task itself n times?
For example, I want to read the 15 chapters of a book. Instead of having 15
subtasks to the task "Finish book", just one task that is newly generated
every time I finish a chapter.

Thanks. Your reply definitely helps.

The functionality of MLO enables it to use it it in many ways. And i know
that users use it entirely differently. I myself use it differently
compared to the first weeks.
I like to have my appointments (calendar) in a list and place tasks around
them. With the new Google Calendar Sync - Option
I have another issue with these checkboxes.
Sometimes I want to use MLO also as an outlining tool, similar to Workflowy or
Dynalist. In this case my entries has nothing to do with tasks, now they're
just lists with reference items. To have them "checked/completed" doesn't make
any sense.
And che
That's what I did it - I turned it off. Sad to say it, but it seems that a
new major version doesn't bring anything useful to me.

Hello,
I'm trying to create this view:
- with due date < 7 days OR
- reminder date < 7 days
(if the reminder date is snoozed, I would like to consider the new
reminder date if < 7 days)
I saw that there is no reminder date in advanced options.
Is there any possibility to create above view?

i did some experiment after reading your post. i agree that if we have a
checkbox (like the one to indicate task as folder) to indicate a task as
notes is the best solution. I have suggested this but sadly the MLO
development team thought that this is not a valid request as MLO is a task

Hi all,
I do agree.
What if we would use Text Tag included in Context Manager, as the same way we
include on one another.
I mean, what if we could include Text Tag in a specific context?
I know that a workaround for a task delegation would be to write something in
Notes, but in my opinion it
