Dear Yee-soon,
I have recently had the task of installing a number of copies of mzMine 2.6 and
have a few modifications to the official setup instructions. It may be worth me
reproducing them here to make sure you have not missed anything.
It's also worth noting that you need a good deal of mem
I find that MZmine is a very useful program, so much so that I very
much wonder why I cannot find one feature common to MS analysis
programs: Typically, m/z values can be easily averaged across a
chromatographic peak, for example, by drawing a line over the peak or
under the peak. However
Hi William,
MZmine does not have such feature, but after running the peak detection, the
m/z values in the peaklist are automatically calculated as a median of the m/z
value throughout the chromatogram of the peak.
Best regards,
Tomas

This module does not accept ppm tolerance. If you input 2, it means 2 m/z.
Peak detection- mass detection- centroid= noise 1.0 E4, MS level 1
