Simply by default, the Apache mirrors are applicable to releases AFAIK. We haven’t released 9.0-vc3, i.e., we need to complete the PPMC vote, then start and complete the IPMC vote, and then do the release, at which point the mirrors will be available. However, in this case, what we’d like to do is
